Where I come from
My journey started as a child, in the French Alps, where my grandmother taught me how to read into oracle cards and use a pendulum. She transmitted me the basics of a spiritual connection with higher dimensions...
As I grew up, I understood that each of us had sort of magical powers, and that the world wasn’t the one that I was shown at first. I felt the importance of our bodies, and the unity they had with our minds and souls.
In 2009 at 15 years old, I started my Yoga practice, which finally cured insomnia and brought some peace inside me after a complicated teenage-hood.
Movement, spirituality, wellness and connexion to higher Divine realms slowly became part of my daily life.
The seed was planted : I was here to share Joy, Healing and Wellness.
From 2014 to 2023 I lived in Berlin where I was working as holistic therapist and yoga teacher in English and French.
Now back in the French Alps close to Annecy, I provide Yoga classes, Energy/Sound healing & coaching, either on site or online.
