Yoga & Meditation
In Sanskrit, Yoga means “Unity”. It’s an art combining breathing exercises, mind mastering tools, wisdom and physical movements in order to unify your body, mind & soul.
Way further than just being a way of moving & breathing, you can actually see Yoga as a magical key. And this key can basically open… Any door.
Each of us are different. There is not one good way to do Yoga. Your practice must be as unique as your body & metabolism. As unique as you are.
In my classes, my approach is to put a focused emphasis on the beginning of the class. I'll help you shift your awareness inwards, and offer some exercises to produce specific hormones & state of mind. Once this kind of “mini-trance” is settled, you enter in a natural flow of your unificated body & spirit where it will be easier to achieve the physical postures of Yoga (Asanas).
My main priority is to make people meet themselves, feel themselves, enjoying and keeping this beautiful self connection in a world that often tries to divide us.
For private classes, wether you want to strengthen your body, gain flexibility, enhance your spiritual connexion with higher dimensions, find more peace during meditation, improve your visualisation skills or simply upgrade your Yoga practice, I will make sure to design personalized sessions just for you.

For women are also available classes focused on raising divine feminine energy through Womb Work, Tantric practice and Belly Dance.
You have the choice...
Just pick the type of Yoga that best suits your personality
Hatha Yoga
A pretty slow yet intense type of Yoga, placing all the focus on the body awareness and breathing work in order to master the Asanas (physical positions) meanwhile keeping peaceful and relaxed.
In Sankrit, "Hatha" means "Force".
Vinyasa Yoga
More dynamic, this type of Yoga is usually done through a flow of Asanas. Combining a lot of stretching with muscle and breathing exercices, this is generally the most famous Yoga style in Occident.
Ashtanga Yoga
Very traditional and structured, this type of Yoga is intense physically and not adviced for beginners. Through specific sequences of positions, it combines cardio work and intense muscle, articulation & breathing exercises.
