I was born with a wonderful, creative brain – yet for years, I experienced deep lows lasting about 6 months.
Low energy, lack of motivation aka procrastination, emotional heaviness, anxiety, and a constant feeling that life required too much effort.
That experience led me to research one core root cause: brain hormone dysregulation.

When brain hormones such as dopamine, serotonin, cortisol, and oxytocin are out of balance, common symptoms can include:
